This densely coloured young cabernet has absolutely classic varietal character. The nose reminds us of blackcurrent syrup cedar and dried herbs with a superbly Bordeaux-like combination of ripeness and austerity. The persistent palate is concentrated in flavour but light in the sense that it does not weigh you down and it finishes the fine grained tannins.
